TOP OFF: Allows the addition of refrigerant to a charged system.
VEHICLE MUST BE RUNNING & AC SYSTEM ON MAX. The main screen shown in manual charge will display when the CONTINUE button is pushed. DISPLAY MODE: Press this button to select the type of measurement desired. Pressures will be displayed in PSI, Kpa or mBAR.
CHART: Allows the charge amount to be entered in the charge screen from the
refrigerant capacity chart. NOTES: Capacities shown in lbs/oz are automatically converted to Kg when using metric weight. Press the CAPACITY CHART button to access the capacity chart information.

2. Press the button below the window showing MAKE to toggle to YEAR then to MODEL. Make and model information displays alphabetically, year information is newest to oldest. Press the buttons to scroll through the information for the selection showing in the first button window. The line of the model information indicated by the is the line used for automatic entry of the charge amount. Press the SELECT button to enter the charge and display the main charging screen. Once in the main charging screen is displayed you may adjust the charge amount manually if desired using the and buttons then press the GO button to start the charge.
EXIT: Returns to the main menu.
Once the charge has been started the screen will display the amount being charged, the low and high side pressures and the HOLD button. NOTE: If the pressures displayed for the low and high sides are equal and the CHARGE COMPLETE message has not been displayed, start the vehicle and AC system to complete the charge. 15

Press the DONE button to return to the main menu. When the operational check has been completed disconnect the service hoses from the vehicle and recover the refrigerant trapped in the hoses.
MANUAL NCG CHECK PROCEDURE
The MANUAL NCG CHECK is designed to allow you to check for and purge non-condensable gas (AIR) after the refrigerant has had time to settle and reach ambient temperature. When this procedure is selected the LCD screen will display the following information. Press the DONE button after opening the tank vapor valve.

If NCG is NOT detected, the screen will display refrigerant OK after the check. If NCG is detected, the following screen will be displayed.

Press and hold the purge button to release pressure from the tank. When the button is released, the previous screen will be displayed to recheck for NCG. This process may have to be repeated several times to purge large quantities of NCG. If the allowable purge weight limit is reached, you will be notified to wait 20 minutes and check NCG again.
RECOVERED OIL DRAIN PROCEDURE
The recovered oil drain function can be used any time another function is not in operation and is a normal part of the recovery procedure. [. . . ] Once all updates have been loaded, disconnect from the base computer and turn your SuperSKYE machine off for at least 15 seconds. When your SuperSKYE is turned on, the new information will be in effect. If you encounter problems in the update process, call 1-800-722-7593 for assistance.
